- Your Undead Forever display name, and your invite code if you have it (Home shows it under your name).
- Your device model, iOS or Android version, and the app version.
- What you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
Stay safeNever email your password or a full payment-card number. We'll never ask for them.
Help inside the game
Open More → Help for:
- Report a Player: tell the team who it was and what happened. Only the team reads reports. Every profile also has Report and Block.
- Survivor's Council: send ideas and bug reports, and follow their status. Confirmed bugs pay a 10, 25 or 50 LP bounty.
- Replay First Night Guide: walk through the opening again without resetting anything.
- Support: a shortcut back to this page.
Common topics
Purchases and Loyalty Points
Loyalty Point packs and the Battle Pass are sold only through the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play (Android). If a purchase didn't arrive, relaunch the app, then use Market → Restore Purchases. Still missing? Email us the product name, the approximate time, which store you used and any order or transaction status the store shows.
The Crimson Moon Battle Pass
Manage or cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings (the Battle Pass sheet links there with Manage Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your account doesn't cancel it. Perks: free ER heals, 2 Energy + 2 Frenzy free refills a day, +2 skill points a week, the Crimson Butcher season boss and the crimson style. Saving and recovering your account
New players start as guests. Save your horde from More → Settings with an email account (or Game Center on iPhone) so you can sign in again on a new device. If you can't get back in, email us your display name, invite code, roughly when you started and any error you see.
Gameplay questions and bugs
The player guide explains every system. For a bug, the Survivor's Council is the fastest route; for anything urgent, email us with the page you were on, what you tapped and what happened.
Notifications
Choose which alerts you get (attacks, bosses, full Energy and Frenzy, Wall posts and more) in More → Settings. If alerts are blocked, Settings links to your phone's notification settings.
Safety, chat and Walls
World Chat, profile Walls and clan broadcasts all support Report and Block. For harassment or abuse, report the player in game or email us their name, the approximate time and screenshots.
Privacy and account deletion
Delete your account in the app with More → Settings → Delete Account, or email us from the address tied to the account. See account deletion and retention in the privacy policy.
