Account and gameplay records are generally retained while an account is active. Purchase, grant, fraud-prevention, security, moderation, support, and legally required records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary. Provider-held advertising, analytics, crash, payment, email, and push data is subject to each provider's retention practices.
Delete an account
In the app, open More → Settings → Delete Account. Outside the app, email caleb@bezhig.com from the account email or use the support page. In-app deletion revokes sessions, removes the original account email and password credential, and replaces account and player display names.
Certain purchase, grant, gameplay, social, moderation, and security records may remain under replacement labels or internal IDs when needed for game integrity, fraud prevention, safety, legal duties, or platform obligations. Deleting the game account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel a subscription in the applicable store settings.
Other choices
- Manage push preferences inside the app and notification permission in iOS or Android settings.
- On Android, reset or delete the advertising ID through Android privacy settings where supported.
- Use Apple and Google account or advertising controls for choices those platforms provide.
