Undead Forever Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated July 9, 2026. This policy explains how Bezhig LLC handles data for Undead Forever on iOS and Android.

Overview

Undead Forever is operated by Bezhig LLC. Contact: caleb@bezhig.com.

This Privacy Policy applies to Undead Forever on iOS and Android, the Undead Forever account and game services, and related support and policy pages on bezhig.com.

Bezhig uses data to create and secure accounts, save persistent progress, operate social and multiplayer features, process and verify purchases and rewarded-ad grants, send requested account and push communications, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, measure use, and diagnose crashes and performance problems. The app includes the third-party advertising, analytics, crash-reporting, purchase, email, infrastructure, and notification services described below.

Bezhig does not sell personal and sensitive user data for monetary consideration. Google Mobile Ads may collect and share data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention as explained in the Advertising and identifiers section.

Data we collect

The game uses persistent accounts, server-backed progress, social systems, store purchases, optional ads, and diagnostics.

Account and authentication

Email address; display or player name; account, player, and invite identifiers; email-verification status; password hashes; hashed verification, recovery, and session records; login and account timestamps; IP address; and user-agent or network-request metadata.

Game state and activity

Level, experience, resources, balances, inventory, equipment, mutations, relics, missions, battles, bosses, clans, hordes, Hit Lists, leaderboards, rewards, cooldowns, purchases, and action history.

Social, moderation, and support

Profile and boss comments, reactions, clan or horde broadcasts, reports, suggestions, deletion reasons, and support messages. Display names, profiles, comments, reactions, clan information, rankings, and similar activity may be visible to other players.

Purchases and rewarded ads

Apple or Google product IDs; transaction or order IDs; signed Apple transaction data; Google Play purchase tokens, purchase JSON, and signatures; purchase, subscription, refund, revocation, and acknowledgment state; grant and duplicate-prevention records; ad impressions and interactions; and rewarded-ad transaction and grant records.

Devices, analytics, and diagnostics

IP address and IP-derived approximate location; device model or type; operating system; language or time zone where supplied by an SDK; app and SDK versions; network state; app launches and interactions; ad views or video interactions; advertising data; crash stack traces and relevant app state; performance data; and device or app identifiers.

Notifications and email

APNs or Firebase Cloud Messaging push tokens, notification preferences and delivery information, plus email address and message-delivery information used for account verification and password recovery.

Data the app does not request

Undead Forever does not need broad device permissions to run its game systems.

The current app does not request access to precise GPS location, contacts, photos or videos, camera, microphone, health or fitness data, SMS, call logs, calendar, or user files. Google Mobile Ads may infer general location from an IP address and may collect advertising or device identifiers; this is not precise GPS access.

Apple and Google process payment details. Bezhig receives store transaction information used to verify and grant purchases, but does not receive full payment-card numbers.

Advertising and identifiers

Undead Forever offers optional rewarded ads through Google Mobile Ads (AdMob).

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share IP address, general location inferred from IP, app interactions such as launches, taps, or video views, diagnostic information, advertising data, and device or account identifiers for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention. On Android, this may include the resettable advertising ID and App Set ID. On iOS, the SDK's shipped privacy information declares a device identifier for tracking and advertising or analytics purposes.

The data available to Google and whether ads are personalized can depend on platform settings, region, consent, and Google's configuration. Rewarded ads are optional, but some SDK collection can occur when the SDK initializes or loads an ad, before an ad is completed. See Google's Privacy Policy, Google Mobile Ads data disclosure for Android, and Google Mobile Ads data disclosure for iOS.

For server-side reward verification, an internal player ID and requested reward are included as verification custom data so Bezhig can validate the callback and grant the reward once.

How data is used

Data supports app functionality, account management, safety, measurement, advertising, and compliance.

  • To create accounts, verify email addresses, authenticate sessions, recover access, and maintain persistent player progress.
  • To run missions, battles, bosses, Hit Lists, profiles, comments, leaderboards, clans, hordes, mutations, relics, banking, healing, markets, timers, and rewards.
  • To validate Apple StoreKit and Google Play Billing purchases or subscriptions, prevent duplicate grants, and process refund, revocation, or acknowledgment state.
  • To load, serve, and measure optional rewarded ads, verify ad callbacks, and grant earned rewards.
  • To use Firebase Analytics on iOS for app-launch and usage measurement and Firebase Crashlytics on iOS and Android for crash, quality, and performance diagnostics.
  • To use Apple Push Notification service on iOS and Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android for optional push delivery and notification preferences.
  • To use Postmark for requested account-verification and password-recovery email.
  • To moderate user content and detect, prevent, or respond to abuse, cheating, fraud, account-creation throttling, security issues, and legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

Data is processed only where needed to operate, secure, support, and distribute the game.

  • Apple: App Store and StoreKit purchases, subscription administration, and Apple Push Notification service. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
  • Google: Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads or AdMob, Firebase Analytics on iOS, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Installations or Sessions, and Firebase Cloud Messaging on Android. See Google's Privacy Policy.
  • Postmark: account-verification and password-recovery email delivery. See Postmark's Privacy Policy.
  • DigitalOcean and infrastructure providers: application, database, and website hosting. See DigitalOcean's Privacy Policy.
  • Other players: public or social game data is shared as part of profiles, comments, reactions, clans, rankings, broadcasts, battles, and related multiplayer features.

Providers may process data in the United States or other countries where they operate, subject to their safeguards and policies. We may disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect players, Bezhig, or the service.

Retention, deletion, and choices

Players can manage notifications and request access, correction, export, or deletion.

Account and gameplay records are generally retained while an account is active. Purchase, grant, fraud-prevention, security, moderation, support, and legally required records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary. Provider-held advertising, analytics, crash, payment, email, and push data is subject to each provider's retention practices.

Delete an account

In the app, open More → Settings → Delete Account. Outside the app, email caleb@bezhig.com from the account email or use the support page. In-app deletion revokes sessions, removes the original account email and password credential, and replaces account and player display names.

Certain purchase, grant, gameplay, social, moderation, and security records may remain under replacement labels or internal IDs when needed for game integrity, fraud prevention, safety, legal duties, or platform obligations. Deleting the game account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel a subscription in the applicable store settings.

Other choices

  • Manage push preferences inside the app and notification permission in iOS or Android settings.
  • On Android, reset or delete the advertising ID through Android privacy settings where supported.
  • Use Apple and Google account or advertising controls for choices those platforms provide.
  • Contact caleb@bezhig.com for access, correction, export, deletion, or other privacy questions.

Security

We use safeguards designed to protect game and account data.

Safeguards include HTTPS or TLS for production app traffic, hashed passwords and session or recovery tokens, restricted server access, and server-side purchase and rewarded-ad verification. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.

Children

Undead Forever is not directed to children under 13.

Do not create an account or use the app if you are under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

Policy changes

The date at the top identifies the current version.

We may update this policy when game features, service providers, legal requirements, or data practices change. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, communicated in the app or through another reasonable channel.
