Undead Forever is live on iOS and Android. Email Bezhig for issues that cannot be resolved in the app.
Please include your Undead Forever display name, Bezhig ID or invite code if available, iOS or Android device model, app version, and a short description of the issue. Never email your password or full payment-card number.
What to include in your message so support can help faster.
For Loyalty Point or Battle Pass issues, include the product name, approximate purchase time, whether you used the Apple App Store or Google Play, any transaction or order status shown, and whether the content appeared after relaunching the app.
For login or account recovery, include your display name, invite code, approximate account creation date, and any error message you see.
For mission, battle, horde, lure, bank, healer, or market issues, include the page you were on, the action you tapped, and what happened afterward.
For profile comments, broadcasts, harassment, or abuse reports, include the player name, approximate time, and screenshots if available.
Delete inside the app through More → Settings → Delete Account, or email from the address tied to the account. See the account deletion and retention details.
