Undead Forever Terms of Use

Bezhig LLC grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Undead Forever for personal entertainment, subject to these terms and the rules of the store through which you obtained the app.

For iOS users, the app is also licensed under the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If it conflicts with this page on an iOS app-license issue, the Apple Standard EULA controls. For Android users, these Bezhig terms govern use of the app subject to the applicable Google Play Terms of Service.

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use the service.
• Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, interfere with servers, evade limits, impersonate others, harass players, post unlawful content, or attempt to access another account.
• Player-submitted names, comments, reactions, broadcasts, reports, and suggestions may be moderated, hidden, removed, or restricted to protect players and the service.

Bezhig may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or harm to the game or its players.

Undead Forever may offer optional Loyalty Points, subscriptions, or other digital content. iOS purchases use Apple In-App Purchase; Android purchases use Google Play Billing. The app does not sell paid digital content through website checkout, license keys, QR codes, cryptocurrency, or direct payment-card forms.

Apple handles iOS payment methods, billing, subscription administration, and storefront refund decisions. Google handles the corresponding Google Play functions for Android. Store rules and local law govern refund eligibility. Contact the applicable store for a billing refund, and contact caleb@bezhig.com if a valid purchase was not granted in the game.

Battle Pass benefits, Loyalty Points, Flesh, equipment, lures, relics, mutation points, cosmetics, rewards, and other virtual items have no cash value, are not property or currency outside the game, cannot be redeemed for money, and may not be sold or transferred unless the game expressly provides a feature for doing so.

Optional rewarded ads may grant in-game rewards after verification. An ad's availability, completion, or reward is not guaranteed. Attempting to falsify, replay, automate, or manipulate ad-reward callbacks is prohibited.

Bezhig may add, balance, replace, pause, or remove game content, rewards, events, features, or services; perform maintenance; and reset or correct data affected by bugs, exploits, fraud, or technical errors. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by law, the app and service are provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
