Zombies Infinity Privacy Policy

Zombies Infinity is operated by Bezhig LLC. Contact: caleb@bezhig.com.

This policy applies to the Zombies Infinity iOS app and related Zombies Infinity support pages on bezhig.com.

We use game data to operate accounts, save progress, process in-app purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and maintain game security and reliability. We do not sell personal information and do not use Zombies Infinity data for third-party advertising tracking.

Data We Collect

The app is built around persistent player progress and server-backed purchase validation.

Account and player data

Player ID, account ID, display name, invite code, horde membership, profile information, login/session records, and support messages.

Gameplay data

Level, experience, Flesh, bank balance, HP, Energy, Frenzy, skill points, inventory, lures, mission progress, battle results, attack history, and cooldown or income timers.

User content

Profile comments, horde messages, broadcasts, and other player-submitted text that may be visible to other players.

Purchase data

Apple product IDs, transaction IDs, Loyalty Point grant records, signed transaction data used for validation, refund or revocation state, and duplicate-purchase prevention records. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

Technical data

IP address, approximate region, device type, operating system, app version, server logs, security events, crash reports, and diagnostic information used to operate and troubleshoot the game.

Data not expected

Zombies Infinity is not designed to collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data, fitness data, advertising ID, or third-party advertising data.

How Data Is Used

Data is used for app functionality, support, purchase validation, safety, and compliance.

To create and maintain player accounts and persistent game progress.
To run missions, horde systems, battles, profile comments, lures, timers, banking, healing, and market purchases.
To validate Apple in-app purchases, grant Loyalty Points, prevent duplicate transaction credits, and handle refunds or reversals.
To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, cheating, security issues, and moderation reports.
To provide customer support, troubleshoot crashes, improve stability, and meet legal or App Store obligations.

Sharing

We share data only as needed to operate the app and meet platform requirements.

We may share data with service providers that help host servers, store databases, process support requests, monitor security, diagnose crashes, or operate game services. Apple processes in-app purchases and may provide transaction information needed to validate purchases and manage refunds.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect players and the service, or to respond to valid legal requests. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and Choices

Players can request help with access, deletion, and privacy questions.

Account and gameplay records are kept while the account is active. Purchase, fraud-prevention, security, moderation, and support records may be kept longer when needed for platform compliance, chargebacks, audit integrity, or safety.

To request account deletion, data export, correction, or privacy support, contact caleb@bezhig.com. Deletion may remove login access and direct account identifiers while retaining limited records needed for legal, financial, fraud-prevention, moderation, or security reasons.

Children

Zombies Infinity is not directed to children under 13.

Do not create an account or use the app if you are under 13. If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.
