Your kingdom runs on your device. The realm's shared features (guest rulers, accounts, chat, letters, friends, saved kingdoms and the Royal Charter) send this information to our servers.
Your ruler name and capital name, any rename and name colour you choose, and a random secret the app creates for your guest ruler. We store only a one-way hash of that secret. It is not your advertising identifier or any Apple device identifier.
If you save your kingdom: your email address and your password, which we store only as a one-way hash. We send email codes to confirm your address and reset your password.
World chat messages, whispers, letters, friends and friend requests, the rulers you block, and reports you send, which include a copy of the reported message or profile.
The kingdom you save to your account, so you can keep playing it on another device, with a random id for the device that saved it.
Apple processes payment; we never receive your card or Apple ID details. When you subscribe, the app sends us the App Store transaction id, and we confirm it with Apple and record the product and its purchase and expiry dates.
No location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers, and the app sends us no analytics or crash reports. Crown Infinity shows no ads and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Only to run the game and keep the realm safe.
We use this information to run guest rulers and accounts, deliver chat, whispers, letters and friend requests, save and restore your kingdom, confirm Royal Charter purchases, answer support requests, and review reports, filter offensive words, and stop abuse.
Other players can see your ruler name, capital name, profile, name colour, and the messages and letters you send them. Moderators can see reported content and the account involved.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the providers that help run the game: DigitalOcean (hosting), Postmark (sending email codes), and Apple (purchases), or when the law requires it.
Messages expire on their own; the rest lasts as long as your ruler does.
You can do it yourself in the app at any time.
In Crown Infinity, open Chat, then your account, and choose Delete account (or Delete guest data for a guest ruler). This removes your sign-in sessions, email codes, chat messages, whispers, letters, friends, requests, blocks and saved kingdom, removes you as the reporter on your reports, and strips your email, password, names and charter from the account. The kingdom on your device stays until you delete the app.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Royal Charter subscription. Cancel it in your App Store account settings.
How we protect the realm's data.
The app talks to our servers only over HTTPS and keeps its sign-in session in the iOS Keychain on your device. Passwords, guest secrets and sessions are stored as one-way hashes.
Crown Infinity is for players 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13; if you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
